This document is an essential and substantial part of the processing of personal data policy carried out by the sportsette.com web portal - issued and published pursuant to Art.13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data and in accordance with the Decree Legislative 2003/196, as integrated and amended by Legislative Decree no. 101 of 2018 - and is drawn up in compliance with the provisions issued on May 8 th, 2014 and June 10th, 2021 by the Data Protection Authority, whose provisions are related to the guidelines for providing information and obtain consent in relation to active cookies on websites.
